  40.      Integra Office combines into one program the complete scheduling power of
  41. TickleX and the complete timekeeping, billing, and bookkeeping power of 
  42. BillPower.

  44.      This program will handle not only your busy itinerary, but that of 
  45. everyone in your office (or family).  It will prepare calendars and other 
  46. reports that display one person's upcoming events or those for several people 
  47. simultaneously.  Data can be filtered when a report is generated, so that 
  48. only events for a particular project, or only those events containing a 
  49. particular word, will be displayed.

  51.      The program's main strength is the completeness of its scheduling
  52. capacity.  Few programs even approach it in this regard, much less match
  53. it.  And, considering all it can do, the program is surprisingly easy to use.
  54. Its reports, while not as infinitely customizable as those provided by those
  55. output-oriented calendar producers with limited scheduling capability, are
  56. attractive, functional, and simple to set up.

  58.      This program will optionally drag events forward from day to day until
  59. you tell the program to tag them for deletion.  This program even allows you to
  60. link related events, so that a change to one will result in the automatic
  61. modification of others.  Finding free time, establishing recurring events,
  62. viewing religious dates (Christian, Jewish, and Muslim), and tracking julian
  63. dates are a snap for this program.  And, as a bonus, the program includes a Log
  64. module that tracks services performed, money spent, and money received.  It
  65. will even produce an Income-Expense report for any period of time you desire.

  68. price, is a fully integrated timekeeping, billing, and bookkeeping system that 
  69. will produce a wide variety of reports, including income-expense statements, 
  70. balance sheets and aged receivables reports.  The user has wide latitude in 
  71. designing billing formats that use any font and place transaction data wherever 
  72. desired.  The program will even print mailing labels and form letters to your 
  73. clients.

  75.      Unlike some other time & billing programs that provide "links" to external 
  76. accounting software, this one has a General Ledger that is totally integrated 
  77. into the rest of the program.  This program can simultaneously log a trans-
  78. action, adjust the client's balance and aged receivables accordingly, AND up-
  79. date the appropriate G/L accounts (other programs would require separate en-
  80. tries for some of these events, if they could handle them at all).

  83. end-of-period close-outs are ever needed.  Transaction detail is retained until 
  84. the user (not the program) decides to omit it.  In fact, old bills may even be 
  85. re-prepared long after other systems would have "flushed" the needed informa-
  86. tion from the data base.  This program's interface is among the friendliest 
  87. on the market, and the program's flexibility and responsiveness cannot be 
  88. beaten anywhere.
